Josh Beno is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, completing his training on March 14th, 2023. His teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and functional mobility to help students build strength, resilience, and balance in both mind and body. He loves to teach all forms of Yoga, including: Restorative, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow.

With over 10 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Josh discovered that true strength is not just built through effort, but through balance. Balancing intensity with recovery, discipline with awareness, and physical training with inner clarity. Yoga became a powerful compliment to this path, helping him deepen mobility, focus, and resilience.

Through Twisted Lotus Jiu Jitsu & Yoga, Josh shares an integrated approach to movement that supports athletes, beginners, and anyone seeking growth. His goal is to create a welcoming environment and community where people can build strength, improve recovery, and develop a deeper connection to themselves.
